Group: Greeley boards are low on Hispanics. Colorado

Hispanics are underrepresented on some Greeley’s boards and commissions, and advocates say that’s discouraging and unfair.

The Greeley Tribune reported Sunday that Hispanics account for only 14 percent of the members of a dozen boards over the past decade, even though they make up 29 percent of Greeley’s 85,000 residents.
