WHEN “Encuentro Latino,” Marin’s first Spanish-language television show, goes on the air Saturday it will be a dream come true for Dario D’Arrigo.
D’Arrigo, 27, came to Marin from Peru five years ago. Since then, most of his efforts have been centered around journalism, news reporting, photography and trying to broaden communication among members of Marin’s Spanish-speaking community.
