Jobs are slowly returning to the Texoma area, and California-based Ruiz Foods is one of the reasons why. The company expects to hire its largest group of team members in the fourth quarter of 2005. Currently involved in renovating the 263,000-square-foot facility that was formerly the Pillsbury building, the company hopes to be in production in Denison by late 2005.
