Ranchera singer Pepe Aguilar said he works hard to balance his fusion of pop/rock and mariachi rhythms.
But his latest smash hit, Miedo, came by accident.
Aguilar, who will perform at San Antonio’s SBC Center Aug. 6 on a bill with Intocable, was approached last year by the producers of the Televisa network’s reality show Big Brother VIP to write a dark, brooding rock tune to go with the hit show.
