Study on immigrant births makes faulty assumptions

The Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) achieved that goal with the release of its recent study “Birth to Immigrants in America 1970 to 2002.” The CIS report fills 35 pages with data and census statistics on topics ranging from “Estimating Births to Illegal Aliens” to “Declining Diversity Among Immigrant Mothers.
